Our Mission
To reach out to and empower the HIV at-risk, vulnerable population, youths, and teenage mothers by unlocking their potential through vocational skills, agribusiness, and sexual reproductive healthcare knowledge.
Community Health
- We provide mental health counseling, substance abuse prevention programs for youth, and educational sessions on menstrual hygiene for adolescent young girls (AYG).
- We provide Community health care sensitizations on: -
- HIV/AIDS, TB and Malaria.
- Cervical cancer.
- SGBV and Gender Equity advocacy.
Our goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where individuals can access the information and services, they need to make informed decisions about their health and well-being.
Vocational Skills Training
We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to build a sustainable livelihood. Our programs have a future focus to equip widows, orphans, youths and teenage mothers with vocational skills in hairdressing & beauty therapy, tailoring, carpentry, farm products value-addition and digital skills through an ICT hub.
Our training programs are designed to be hands-on and relevant to the local job market, ensuring that our graduates are well-prepared for success.

Agribusiness
CACEP recognizes the importance of agriculture in the economic development of Siaya County. Our agribusiness programs are designed to empower farmers and entrepreneurs to increase their productivity, access markets, and create sustainable livelihoods. We train and support in Sustainable farming, biz dev and financial literacy.

Environmental Conservation
